Performs specific recruitment processi Summary Essential Responsibilities and Duties Receives and logs of candidates applications, sorting and classifying based on each profession, and storing in database for retrieval as when required. Performs specific recruitment processing tasks, which include short listing candidate CV’s against job descriptions, updating vacancy and applicant status within the recruitment process, organizing and planning interview schedules, liaising with applicants to provide updates on their progress etc. Forwards all applications for medical staff positions and recommendations of candidates to appropriate departments. Maintains files of job applicants ensuring applicants have complete requirements and checking references cited in their applications for employment. Executes marketing plan for the international recruitment for physicians. Ensures adequate staffing/ recruiting, evaluates and counsels employees regarding performance. Conducts interviews with physician’s referees and verifies information, as applicable. Coordinates locum physicians, and distinguished visitors with Medical & Clinical Affairs (MCA). Ascertains that the Section website is updated for new vacancies and publicity material. Ensures that the Section database is up-to-date at all times. Prepares periodic recruitment reports and submit it to the higher management. Notifies employment Department and all recruitment agencies with the consultant vacancies. Prepares Internal Policies and Procedures (IPPs) for the section. Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures. Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable. Education Experience Required Other Requirements(Certificates) Saudi National Only.
