Executive Assistant Erie Metropolitan Housing Authority (EMHA) seeks qualified Executive Assistant to add to its dynamic staff. Responsibilities include: acting as Clerk for the Board & public records coordinator, facilitating good office procedures, protocols & documentation, coordinating insurance programs, maintaining personnel records, upkeep of office equipment, filing, record retention, processing mail, supply inventory, reporting, and multiple public contacts. Organization, excellent communication skills, computer knowledge, and typing proficiency are very important. High school graduate or equivalency required; post-secondary education and housing program experience is preferred. Must possess valid Ohio driver’s license and be insurable by EMHA’s carrier. Pre-employment physical and drug screening required.
